Hi, I'm selling my laptop and before I do, I wanted to clear all my personal files/information from it. Does anyone know a good software that can completely clean my laptop up? Basically I want to leave all my Programs on there, however, I want to get rid of my History for Windows files, Internet, etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks everyone!

Okay, so I JUST got home from the fish place, and i completly forgot what type of fish i own. soooooo.. let me describe them, they are both gray with two darker gray strips down the front of them and they have like bigger fins underneath them, like under their rear area. And i want to know if they can live without the filter going, because it just broke. Thanks for all of your help.

i am dark skinned and i have scars from acne on my face. i have multiple scars on my arms. i currently use ambi on my face and skin succes soap along with sivoclair soap. i am looking for lotions and creams that will remove these dark spots i have. i dont care if it is a bleaching product or natural. i would appreciate something that is made for african american skin tones being that i am dark complected.

I'm 38.5 weeks. At my doctor's appointment today, he told me I was 50% effaced, but not yet dilated. I was curios to see how many of you went into actual labor after you found out your cervix started thinning out. Also, is it true that after you're 100% effaced, you start dilating? I know every woman's body is different, but I'm just very interested to find out. Thank you.

I started my period about 3.5 years ago and it still hasn't evened out. Right after I started, I gained around 40 pounds (and I wasn't being lazy or eating bad). I have severe cramps and have to miss school and work because of it. I also get diarrhea and headaches. Recently my mom had cysts removed and my aunt had a hysterectomy. Please tell me if it's possible that I have PCOS.

How would I get my dog to play? He's an obedient dog. But when me and my children want to play with him, he hides, or just lays there. He's submissive to me, and somewhat to my 2 kids. I want to be able to play tug of war with him, and take him outside and get him to fetch, or at least chase his toys. He runs around with me, and chases after me when I run-play, but it isn't the same. He's to big to play like that with my kids, and they are to slow.
I've run out of ideas to get him to play. He stopped chewing on his one toy, and wont' touch the squeeky toy. He acts like he's afraid of it. We squeek it, and he just looks at it.
He's almost 4 yrs, and has been an outside dog most of the time. I bring him in during the winter.
He used to play with my son. They would get on the floor and head butt each other, and my son would chase him around the room, pushing his head on the floor, and my dog would nip at his head, run around, and bump into him, normal dog play. Any ideas, or thoughts??
