I have experienced these same things. I was in my mid 20's before things started getting strange for me. I started to feel disconnected from people and from life in general. I had no motivation or energy and I was irratable with everyone. I was eventually diagnosed with clinical depression, which I now take medication for. I also found that talking to a counselor helped. For me, I did finally realize there were some things bothering me sub-conciously. It's normal for us to put painful feelings "on the back burner" and try to move forward in life. If there is unresolved conflict from our past, it won't go away by itself. I tried everything to avoid feeling pain, but nothing ever worked. I had to reach out and ask for help, like you are doing now. I don't know if this is the answer for you, but I do know that life is hard, and we're all dealt our share of pain at one time or another. I am just guessing that you probably have had your share too. It's good for us to talk about it, release it, and move on. I hope you can find what you need to help yourself. I wish you well on your journey.

Do you drink heavily? Do you use recreational drugs? Have any early signs of alzheimers? No? Then you probably just have CRS! CRS is the abbreviated clinical term for Can't Remember ****! Get a good strenuous job and stop trying to score and pop your rocks every night and things will probably get better when you grow up in a few years. Until then get several sets of keys and prepare for the worst... And who cares what people say as long as you get the order right at the drive through window!

You are being absent minded. Keep chanting 'ALERT' wholeday and ask yourself everyhour whether you are aware of what you are doing , talking, walking.
do atleast 10-15 mins warming / stretching exercise every morning . If you have more time , the more the workout, the better. This will help you kickout your laziness.
Wear a smile on your face. Be always positive. Take slow deep breath, think of yourself as a winner. This help you to overcome your impatience.

I don't think it's anything serious, but before I just dump a glib answer on you, and being a retired mental health professional with 20+ years experience, I'd say there's a lot more I'd need to know to give you an intelligent answer, such as: How old are you? What's your medical state? Are you in school? Have kids? Those few questions get me started on knowing more about you so I can answer you more responsibly. God Bless you.

maybe somehting is worry u and u don't don't even know about it. that is how the mind works somtimes. u might care about some1 that u say u hate but the mind knows deep down u really care. it can be confusing. just sit down and think about everything that u think is worrying u or think about everything that has been happening since this has been happening. maybe even u like some1 and u missed the chance to talk to that girl cause u were scared and now ur mind is reminding u about it in it's own way.
