I have a Dell Dimension 8400 PC and Windows XP.
When using Microsoft Updates, I was installed all of the updates - custom and express - and restarted my computer as instructed. But when my screen came back on, the resolution was very low. I went to Properties and Settings and it said that "the currently selected graphics display card cannot be used. It was written for a previous version of Windows and is not compatible with this version. The system has started using the default VGA driver."

Now my computer is using 4 bits color and its terrible. I know I need to download an upgraded driver from the Dell website but I don't know which one I need. Please help. 10 points to someone who can provide me with the name of an appropriate download and url for its location.

MY hair right now is like a reddish brow, when i died it a medium brown a few weeks ago. I get PERMANENT dye too, but it keeps fading back to my original color..i hate it.

Here's all the details. I currently have two vehicles and two car notes - which is a hardship within itself. My friends transmission went out in her car early December. I let her borrow my car with no concrete plan on payment. She's been giving me $75 a week. I figured that was ok for December since she didn't get it until the 9th. For January, I was going to ask her for $400. (Car note is $388, insurance is $135). Do you think that it is fair to ask for $400 for January or should I be content with $75 a week. My argument is that you can't rent a car for $400 a month so I think that its fair to ask for that. Her comment to that argument was that if she didn't have my car she would have done something else as far as transportation.

starts talking about porn, nude mags?

We pass by a shop and the 2007 Playboy calender is there and he stops to look a it, obviously pleased and delighted. He keeps on mentioning how hot the girls in those mags are! ;(
I have told him that I don't appreciate him telling me about this, but he continues. How can I laugh the situation off and still get back at him? Ignoring it doesn't help a bit! Good comebacks or lines to use in the situation?

My mother keeps interfering with my parenting!!! It is driving me absolutely insane!!! She "over-rides" everything that I tell my daughter when she is around. Her and I got into an argument last night that escalated past the point of no return. She threatened to call the police on me last night and also call CPS. I'm sorry, but I'm a great mother, I love my daughter and there are no issues at the house that would require any of those actions to be taken. What should I do? I'm so furious that I cannot even talk to her. Has anyone else had this problem with their mothers? Any advise or personal stories would be appreciated!
