TRY USING A PRODUCT CALLED PB BLASTER...WD-40 IS A GOOD LUBRICANT BUT IF YOU HAVE A RUST ISSUE IT WILL NOT WORK WELL...PB BLASTER USES A CATALYST TO ACTUALLY BREAK DOWN RUST...SPRAY IT ON AND LET IT SOAK FOR AWHILE...THERE ARE ALSO SPECIAL SOCKETS ON THE MARKET THAT ARE DESIGNED TO WORK ON BOLT AND NUTS THAT ARE STRIPPED.

There ae several ways, Chisel and hammer, split the nut, torch to heat the nut and separate the two parts. If the heads are stripped get the next small size socket or wrench, tap them onto the head of the nut and bolt so that they form to the shape of the wrench/socket and remove as usual. all of these choices are dependent on different variables, hardness of bolts, proximity to plastic/flammible parts etc. Be creative, you can get them apart but it will take some time

You can also try a set of bolt-outs from Craftsman (Sold at Sears/Kmarts)

Or a wrench set called Metrinch. (look it up on ebay)

They do a great job of allowing you to take off stripped nuts and bolts.
