If you haven't heard, he died earlier tonight. I remember him as being a simple, honest, and loyal man, who didn't do anything wrong during his presidency. My best memory of him is from his guest appearance in "The Simpsons" years ago when he moved in across Homer's house, inviting him to his house to watch football while eating nachos and beer. This characterizations sums him up perfectly.

i think that this is just a minor case but for example--imagine you pass a note in class telling in depth details of a friends death, your personal health, or something you would never tell anyone but your best friend. is it a violation of the privacy act if the not is read aloud? also, why are teens under 18 not allowed to leave home with out court permission? what if the court does not understand your case? what if you are in danger of emotional abuse and there is no evidence, so the court will not let you go? how are teens supposed to act like adults if we do not have adult rights????
help please. i am lost. recently a teacher at my school told me that I dont have any rights. this confuses me and i am not going to shut up and sit down in my school until i know my rights are protected, informed, and cared about. help me out!

I regretably signed up for a joke of the day with Flycell. They stopped billing me but haven't stopped sending me the horrible jokes along with the charge for the text - that I have to pay. I have called and they record and never return. I have texted back with the correct instructions and they keep on sending, 5 months strong. Please someone help me. I really detest this company now and I'm just sick of having my phone beep because of the full text box, and i don't even text!

This is my first so not too sure-
I had my bloody show (brown-tinged mucus glob) at about 10pm..
and I have been getting contractions every 15 min. or so. and some very sharp cramps in my lower abdomen as I contract..these also go around to my back and are sharp enough to wake me up when I am sleeping..
My stomach keeps gurgling and I have had to poop like 3 times..
is this labor?????
I know I should call my dr. and I WILL but i dont want it to just be gas or something ridiculous-

I have pimples and blackheads all over my upper back and in the centre of my chest on my sternum (breast bone). What is causing this? I know it has to do with some internal imbalance. It started about a year ago. I am 18 years old. I eat fairly healthily. Help!

I have this friend who is really mean and all. Such examples include her always blaming me that I am the one who starts the fights we have, her making up these really dumb stories like how she got accepted into a model agency and how people thought she was so pretty, claming she's a happy go good person, and I'm a weird one, yet, she's always BRAGGING to me that she has depression pills (and SHE BRAGS ABOUT IT IT"S NOT SOMETHING TO BE PROUD OF), she betrays and backstabs me and her other friends, and she always has this awful mean voice, and is so sarcastic and is always getting pissed at me! I had those times when I thought to give her second chances, but I told her we needed to talk, because than she told me she wanted to be a suicide girl (it means something like a porn star!!!) and so i got freaked out, and now i really don't want to be friends with her because she's mean, and weird to me! But I don't want to hurt her feelings! What to do!?!?!?!?!??!

theres this boy that i like and he told me that he
likes me too. one of my friend likes him too but she doesn't now that i like him thats why she told me.we went to a party and he kissed her so later on he kissed me. time passed and my friend told me he had kissed her, i felt so bad inside but i didnt let her see it because she doesnt know i lik ehim too. instead i was like oh thats good. i like him but as soon as my friend told me she liked him i decided to put myself to the side so she can have him even though he likes me. i dont know what to do. should i tell him i like him and go for his love or should i leave him to my friend? what should i do? tell him my feelings or what?wouldn't that be messed up to my friend? i also told him tahat i wasn't no toy for him to be kissing my friend and then me. did i do right? im so confused right now.i really want to be with him

Well me and my old best friend started talking again after about 5 years and now in 2 months we became best friends. He knows i'm gay and we hang out almost everyday and we always talk on the phone and sometimes we do 3-way for a long time... sometimes over 2 hours with his best friend who is a girl. Also, me and his best friend also pick out his clothes before we go out and he always listens to me... foe example, I told him to get a haircut cause I didn't like his hair and he got his hair styled professionally and we always go shopping together. All of his best friends are girls and i'm his only guy best friend. I just want to know if he's gay.

I am dissatisfied with the performance and direction that Congress has taken in taken in recent years. Frivolous and absurd issues like a gay marriage ban are brought to the top of Congress' todo list while important and needy issues like the environment are pushed to the back burner. Please help me get started, if you can.
