ok here is my tickle story in the summr i was at cousins house and we where playin this game where we each have a hidden item and have make the other persons team leader tell where the item is so i was searching for item and my cousin saw me so my cousin and her friend chased after me i ran into the basement but i tripped they held me down and my cousin got a chair and they tied me up too the chair and they wanted me to tell them where the item was but i refused so them my cousin tied me feet to a bench and remvoed my socks and each of them had a feather and they tickled my barefeet till i told after 30 minutes i as dying of laughter i told them where the item was

In a criminal trial, does the bailiff actually listen to what they're saying, or does he/she just keep order in the deliberation room ? I mean what if the jury made some kind of incredibly corrupt conclusion, like if they were all white and if the defendant was black, they said something like "it wouldnt hurt to convict an innocent black man anyway", or "he LOOKS guilty" or if the judge gave them specific instructions and they refused to listen, does the bailiff step in and tell the judge that the jury is being corrupt ? or do they just trust them to not do that ?

I have been in love with the same guy for twenty years. We dont see each other often but when we do there is always sparks. We are always touchy feely and stuff and it makes me happy, The problem is that he lives a state away from me. We write letters and talk on the phone. He doesnt know how I feel about him though. Every time I see him I get butterflies in my stomach. What should I do? Thanks in advance for your help. Please noone tell me to move on because I cant do that not until he knows how I feel about him.

I am a nj resident and I own a home that is appraised at $320,000. I have a mortgage of $240,000 and a judicial lien of $60,000 on the home. They are forcing a foreclosure because of the judicial lien and I want to somehow get rid of the lien. Should I file for bankruptcy. NOt sure if Chapter 7 will help because the judicial lien is a secured claim. Also, not sure if Chapter 13 will help because I will have to pay back the $60,000 and max they allow is 5 year repayment plan and so I will have to pay $1000 each month. Any way around this? Do they allow me to pay less than $60,000 if I file CHapter 13? Can I get rid of the lien in Chapter 7? ANy help is really appreciated. Thank you.
