well just tell him that hes a lil to young for you and if you like him then age shouldnt be a problem unless your one of those people that doesnt go for younger kids well i know your only 10 im 16 but if this kid likes you and you like him go 4 it if not then just tell him sorry but i just see you as a friend your to young

haha. sorry but thats kind of funny. Neither of you are old enough to even think about dating. Wait until your a teenager to start dating. To answer your question, tell him something like maybe when when we're teenagers we can hook up or make something up and tell him that your parents won't let you date because your too young.
