My current employer, an advertising agency in London...?
I am going to be moving back to the States soon (I'm a Yank living and working in London).I have run into a bit of a snag, however, regarding a reference from my current employer here in the UK. Due to the office always being hectic and chaotic, I have been asked not to provide them as a reference contact. My direct supervisor, however, told me that he would be more than willing to write a reference letter and get those I have worked with to do the same for me. How do I explain this situation to a future employer back in the States? Thanks for the help and Merry Christmas.

Has anyone yet heard whether NBC will release the rest of the seasons for "American Dreams"? When I look through the stores, they seem to have every imaginable shows, even the lousy ones, and the ones no one ever watched. Seems they could manage to make the other seasons for this show available. I doubt I'm the only one watching and waiting for these.

i'm a male,14 in a month,and 5'5. i weigh 110 pounds (though i know that isn't a problem) do you think my height is short for my age? many of my friends are 5'4 - 5'8(8th grade)..i'm kinda worried i might be below-average.

considering my parents are 5'6 (dad) and 5'2 (mom) and my older brother is 5'6, what do you think my adult height would be? (i'm hoping for at LEAST 5'8 T_T)
