It’s so easy and kind a tricky.
To boil eggs,
Always put 2 Tab spoon SALT in pan with water (the SALT does magic).
After boiling the Eggs for 15 minutes(time depends on how you want your eggs.full or half boil)
take them out from pan and rinse in cold water.
To peel the shell,
TAP the egg on any edge and roll them in your hands (like you are warming your hands:) ) the whole shell will come out SO EASLY.
EXTRA TIP: Before you boil Eggs always put them in pan full of water to check they are not rotten (you don’t want to eat spoiled eggs for sure) .if the eggs are fresh will stay in bottom lying down in pan, BUT the rotten egg will not

Enough advice on how to peel. Here is a tip to prevent the shell from cracking and the contents leaking out into the water: Take a thumbtack and drill a little hole into the BLUNT end of the egg.

When you drain the water off, give the pan a REALLY good shake to crack the shells. Run cold water over them and let them sit for 15-20 minutes. They'll slip right off.

Roll the egg around on the counter to kind of crush the shell all around. It comes off easy then.

Do it just after cooling with cold tap water, right after you just boiled them.
