The Jewish Feast of "First Fruits" (renamed "easter" or, "ishtar" after the pagan traditions of ungodly idol worship) is the most important to Christians (children of God, believers in Jesus Christ) because it is the day on which the Lord Jesus was resurrected from the dead, the first-born among many brothers.
Christmas is a pagan holiday that was upfitted with the story of Jesus' birth, which is a nice story and important to the larger story of His dying on the cross for the sins of the world. But the holiday itself is only a tradition of men, it doesn't actually mark the true date of His birth. More than anything, Christmas is a commercial event centered around greed, and is a money mill. The world (those who don't believe in Jesus) celebrates it primarily because they get lots of stuff. In other words, they practice idolotry and the worship of "stuff." So the whole Christmas thing for me personally is a bunch of rubbish anymore, knowing all of these things.
But I do rejoice in the resurrection of the Savior, Jesus Christ! The Bible tells us of the great victory that He won for us over sin and the devil through His death, burial and resurrection. Because He is alive, we can receive His eternal life in the here and now (by receiving His Holy Spirit).

Neither one. The only celebration that is important to me is the one Jesus commanded us to remember and that is the Passover celebration of the last meal he had with his disciples just before his death. This falls on Nisan 14th and we observe this important event once a year on that date.

Easter, because the resurrection of christ is more exciting and more meaningful than the birth.
