The fire crackers can be hear inside and outside of our house,thus i can't sleep well and my heart easily get shock every time what should I do now?

get some ear plugs,or turn up your music REALLY LOUD! if you can still hear them,depending on where you live,call the police but(it may be legal on your area to set fireworks off)

I'm afraid of firecrackers, too. Get some ear plugs, it won't totally get rid of the noise, but it will quiet it down quite a bit. And tell the people doing them to do them outside or maybe go elsewhere to do them.
