She is convinced I make up things to push her button and hurt her, I dont make things up to deliberately hurt her, sometimes things i say hurt her and I honestly was not trying to hurt her. She insists i admit that i am a liar, I have lied and made up a something to hurt her when we are fighting (which is stupid and childish) but never at any other time just to be mean. But with her It is either yes or no , black and white never the intangables.;

Recently i been waking up in the middle of the nite from a sound sleep and my heartbeat is racing like its gonna explode. Then i sit up and calm down. I fall back asleep like 20 mins later i wake up again with my heart racing. This use to happen to me 7 years ago a few times on and off since then but now its like everynite. I told my dr. he said to avoid caffiene. I have no idea what is wrong with me but its getting kinda scary. Last time i went to the hospital they said it was a anxiety or panic attack why would i wake up out of a deep sleep if thats the case? Does anyone else suffer from this and know what it is?
