One of many ways to wish our troops a Merry Christmas is:
Send an extra one (or 10, or 20) to our American military heroes who are recuperating from wounds this Christmas Season. Please enclose a short note thanking them for their service and personal sacrifice. They are the protectors of our freedom, we should let them know we appreciate them. Your small act of kindness will be greatly appreciated.
Here's the address...
A Recovering American Soldier
c/o Walter Reed Army Medical Center
6900 Georgia Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20307-5001
Also, Xerox is offering free cards to support our troops:

These are just a few of the sites that the various Veterans groups are spreading the word about.
Needless to say, I have sent my share to our Brave Boys and Girls fighting for their lives and the lives of others!
Marine Wife
p.s. So what if it's a little late, send a bunch out today!

God bless to all those serving under harsh and horrific circumstances. Remember why you're there and stay strong as you help these Countries build strong new governments of their own. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year and hopefully you'll back in your own homes soon!
