She has low self esteem, insecure and constantly in need of love assurance. When I'm not in the mood for sex, do not hug her, do not give her a kiss, do not tell her that I love her (well, I'm just not the romantic kind of man), she'll assume that I don't love/need her and won't speak to me whole day.
