i dont really understand what you mean by ballady, but you can try "chasing cars" or" you're all i have" from snow patrol, they sound like the songs you've listed you can also try: "open up your eyes" and "if you could only see" from tonic and every rose has its thorn fron poison and caring is creepy from the shins
