Depends what is deemed a racist.
To some, if you fly the English flag on St.George's day, wear a poppy, and disagree with uncontrolled immigration - you are a racist. In that case the majority are, and its only the small p.c mob that aren't.
Or you mean people that want to go and assault someone just for being a certain colour/ race. Then they are few.
To the do-gooders though there is no difference between the two situations.
