I have a rental property that someone else was running for me, now I'm taking it back over. I know there should be money set aside each month to cover repairs - everything from small plumbing to bigger things like replacing the roof (when needed in xx years). How much $ should be set aside each month (i.e. what percentage is the norm) for such things?

Between breaking at the worst times and being horrendously expensive, are composite sticks really an asset to hockey? I realize NHL etc., players don't have to pay for their sticks, but hockey is expensive enough without parents having to pay big bucks for sticks.

The AAA midget teams in my area already require that all players be equipped with composite sticks, so there's about $1000 the parents have to shell out in addition to everything else. It's things like that which keeps talented kids into house league where they just demoralize the average kids. And all the average kids probably want composite sticks too, because that's what they use in the NHL.

Hello,
I am getting my son a acoustic guitar for Christmas.
We have seen one he might like.
Its an Ibanez V72E(in black), it says got a onboard tuner!

This means nothing to me! Im musically challenged!!
Are guitars ok with on board tuners? Any benefits or negatives from on board tuner?

My son is only 9 but been playing for year and a half (outgrown smaller acoustic guitar)
Any input appreciated

People just answered my other question about my hotness and said why didn't i have a real pic on here of myself but i think that is kind of dangerous for all of the child molesters and stalkers online so why would you even put a picture of your baby or yourself on here? Hi

We've just had the plasterer in and the wooden floor is thick with plaster and plaster dust. I'm dreading the through of trying to get a mop over it to get it clean, does anyone have any better techniques. We haven't much time as we've yet to paint the two rooms and we need it done by Xmas, so quick but effective techniques would be the best.

I'm shy about calling people when I don't know them well, though I don't mind speaking in person at all. It's hard to explain why this is the case. We found her just off of our driveway, caught in a foothold trap. Her toes are pulverized and bloody. I can care for her until tomorrow (its 2am or we would be at a vet) We called the cops and they said its a legal trap, during a legal time. I don't care, they used bait and a trap that leaves the animals alive and suffering.
And now I'm going to have a huge vet bill. Does anyone know of a similar case, and what the possible solutions are? Can I sue? 'cause I'd like to burn their house (oops, trailer) to the ground, with them in foot-traps inside.
