I currently own a small resale shop, and own a home. The problem is my shop is a little more than a half hour drive from my home one way.... so I thought about moving closer to my business. My location doesn't seem to be thriving so well after a year in business, and there is towns around here that allow you to live above your business. I found an awesome location, however I am pre-approved for 150k on a home loan, now I've stepped up and asked for a 250k loan on this location. Is there any secrets to getting a package loan on a peice of commercial property that I plan on living at as well? Or is it considered strictly a home loan? This is a new one for me. This may even be a good question if you are a real estate agent or loan officer. Any help in this matter is appreciated.

Well I am With this girl that i was with for bout a year now straight but before then we had to wait for like 6months to actually be together together,we promised eachother we would wait,but she started seein someone but she swears up n down they aint do nothing,but when i found out i did it also but i kinda think she is cheatin on me now cuz her whole attitude is switchin n she just acts differnt and i brought it up to her askin her and she swears on everything her brothers grave n **** that she isnt cheatin,but i dunt know,sometimes i believe her but theres also sometimes i do not believe her....what would u guys do in this sititution? I was browsing here, and found the earlier question about what Harvard looks for. Most of the people who replied said they wanted famous people, or people with famous parents, or people who had families of Harvard alumni. I'm willing to believe that the bit about being famous is an exaggeration, but hasn't Harvard got a reputation for its academic quality? Why would they look at anything past grades and extracurriculars?

If my question seems dumb, excuse my ignorance; I am a highschool freshman attending a public highschool, and aiming for an Ivy League school or the equivalent. My family isn't rolling in dough; to put it briefly, how many middle-class students actually get accepted into Ivy-type schools?

My boyfriend and I have been together for nine months, and we have been friends for several years.

During the entire time I have known him, I have heard him mention several times that he hates feet, that they are disgusting, and that he is aversive to touching anyone's feet and the like, which never really seemed odd to me, because I know a lot of people are grossed out by feet for whatever reason.

However, I get the feeling that maybe he just claims he hates feet to cover the fact that he actually has a foot fetish. For example, we have been in restaurants before in the summer where I have been wearing sandals, and he has subtlely reached down and started massaging my foot under the table (with other guests at the table, mind you). Also, during sex, if I am on top, he will reached around my legs and grab my feet and start rubbing them.

Anyway, it won't bother me at all if he has a foot fetish, I am just not really sure what the deal is, so I'd appreciate any reponses! Thanks!

She is on 7 units of insulin twice a day. I don't think there is a Vet here (KC) That has a clue. I just did the research & helped her with Omega fish oil for her arthritis The Vet was sceptical. But it is working. Also it is helping some people I know. Thank You for all the other answers I just forgot to mention the most important part,

Weve been flirting a little bit for 2 weeks.

We were sitting in a library with 12 other people all around friends and strangers.

I asked her "what time are you leaving"

then she said 6:00 Why, why did you ask, you must have had a reason"
"Why?"

Then i asked her to come sit by me and she said "no first tell me why you asked".

By then a scene was forming and i felt like saying "never mind" but instead i said "I wont tell you until you come over and sit with me"

Then she laughed and said "fine, i wont come over until......"

I met a man through my best friend who I like. Everytime we are at her house for a movie night thing we do ( it's how we met) he sits near me, smiles, winks etc. Then last week he asked me for a ride home. My friend said she'd take him becuase he was going to loan her a book but he said "No" and that he wanted to go with me.
The next day he was at my firends when I wen over and when he left he gave her a hug (like always) then motioned me to come closer and gave me a long hug, staring into my eyes smiling as we parted.
My friend said "what;s going on between you two"? She must have felt something (she had a crush on him when they first met, but not for a long time-they never dated).
So 2 days ago I ent him an e mail (I got his addy off an e mail from our mutual friend. I just said Hi and gave him my phone #. I know he works all day but I haven't gotten any response at all.
Does he like me?
