I met a man through my best friend who I like. Everytime we are at her house for a movie night thing we do ( it's how we met) he sits near me, smiles, winks etc. Then last week he asked me for a ride home. My friend said she'd take him becuase he was going to loan her a book but he said "No" and that he wanted to go with me.
The next day he was at my firends when I wen over and when he left he gave her a hug (like always) then motioned me to come closer and gave me a long hug, staring into my eyes smiling as we parted.
My friend said "what;s going on between you two"? She must have felt something (she had a crush on him when they first met, but not for a long time-they never dated).
So 2 days ago I ent him an e mail (I got his addy off an e mail from our mutual friend. I just said Hi and gave him my phone #. I know he works all day but I haven't gotten any response at all.
Does he like me?

Absolutely he likes you girl... Duh! :) Some guys just need a swift kick in the butt! You did the right thing by giving him your number, now the ball is in his court! Wait a couple day & if you still haven't heard from him, I would "accidently" be somewhere you know he'll be & casually ask if he ever got your e-mail... Maybe he hasn't checked his mail yet! Maybe he's nervous... Boys are weird sometimes!

Why is all of this so difficult? He has your number, probably your address and most definitely your name. If he was interested I think he would tak a few minutes out of his day to say something to you either e-mail or phone....How do you feel though?

Men are supposed to wait three days before making any contact via email or phone call. It's so GQ.

Not any more, sounds like you may have made yourself too available. the thrill of the chase is gone, (well for him anyways) .
the problem in all the chasing is if he lets you keep chasing him, it will become a quest for you, if you ever get what you want, you will lose interest so he has to keep you chasing for you to keep up the interest, it feeds his ego. by not calling you puts him in the power seat, he won't likely want to give that up.

He looks straight at your boobs and @$$. After staring for a bit, he then buys you something nice in order to win you over and then invites you up to his room for sex.
