I am on my second day of the Miami Heart Institute diet - Lose 10 pounds and 3 days? Has anyone done it? Did you lose weight? Did you change the diet by grazing with your food or just eat the three meals? I am adding in excercise and hoping for good results.

We are in small claims. She is suing me. She sent me a letter with my personal mortgage account number listed and the phone number of the bank demanding I call and get a copy of the mortgage survey.
The funny thig is, there isn't one and never was. I Told her this 4 months ago.
I called the police and they said this a civil matter. I consider this to be stealing personal information. I feel as if I'm under attack. What can I do?

I mean I am not like a computer whiz or anything but the Gateway appears to be the better computer with 1 more Gig of ram and 60 more gigs of hard drive space. What's the deal how can HP be selling an inferior computer for $200 more, do they just mark up because of the HP name? I guess the HP has a bigger screen but other than that the stats are very similiar - the ram and hard drive space.
