Who is older: God or father time?

God has always been and always will be. He is ageless. God created time. Genesis 1: 3-5 says God brought forth light and separated it from the darkness. He called the light day and the darkness night. There was evening and there was morning on the first day. Father Time is only a character that was created by humans.
