Afridi is great hitter than dhoni, though afridi has played lots of matches and dhoni is a new player, so may be dhoni would be a called a big hitter than afridi. Perhaps dhoni would be called more consistent than afridi in the coming seasons because he is a matured player and he rarely plays irresponsibly.

Shahid afridi dont wait for any one he'll punish every bowler from d first moment itself but Dhoni will play some normal shorts for sometime then punish off every bowler. Dhoni is powerful and plays powerful shorts no matter it is single or four or six.Afridi is good hitter he hits d ball and he plays d shot only in air. So i say both.
