I know insomnia is normal during pregnancy, but the thing is I'm only 13 weeks pregnant and can't sleep no longer than an hour or two at a time. I go to bed at 10:00 p.m wake back up an hour or so later, can't go back to sleep for a few more hours, then maybe sleep two and back up again. This goes on all night long. It's really starting to drive me nuts, so any one who can maybe give me some ideas on what to do to sleep better would be greatly appreciated. Please dont' tell me to to take any sleep aid pills, because even if there are some that are safe to take while pregnant, I'm not much on taking any medication. Basic tylenol is all I ever take. I just don't understand it. I never had trouble sleeping before and I thought this happened more when you where further along, not only 13 weeks. Thanks.
