If, I truly had the power to change, one thing, one person, or one event in time, I believe that I would go back in time a few years ago and try with all the power in my being to change who was elected as president. I believe that since President Bush has become Commander and Chief of the United States Armed forcers, He has done nothing but ruined what respect we had in the International Community, and futhermore the prospects of our children and our children's children to live in a somewhat peaceful environment. All of you out there, would argue well, things change since Sept.11. Yes, that is accurate but if you look at data at hand, we now who is responsible for the incident, we know the most probably location of said, and yet we focus our strength our resources and MOST importantly, our fellow citizen's lives in Iraq. Currently, I am a member of the US Armed Forces, and although he is the President, I believe that it is borderline Negligence on his behalf. You all may believe that I am either correct or incorrect, but one thing stays constant. That would be the fact that this is a loosing war, no matter what you do say or try to think, I have been there, I have seen the darkside of civilization and I believe without a doubt that there is no way to walk away with this with our "American's" head upright. This will go down in history and one of America's most influental Military and Politcal Blunder.
"Sorry, if any and all of this is grammatically incorrect, I am just writing this off the the top of my head, without regard to grammer spelling or anything that matters"
Just thought you all would see my point of view for awhile.

nothing. events in life happen for a reason, and I have learned to live a life of no regrest, despite what mistakes I've made and how I could've made things better. the course of actions taken are the right ones because they are the ones that occured. that's how I see it.
if one were to go back in time and stop Hitler from killing so many innocent people, they would have died anyway. once a person's time has come it cannot be avoided. who's to say someone even worse than Hitler wouldn't have come along and done worse things? hard to imagine anyone wosrse than him, but it's not impossibe. I say time travel and fixing the past is a bad idea. let bygons be bygons, and life will continue to move on, whether or not we missed out on that big promotion.

i would fix september 11. i'd make sure security was higher so that these assholes couldn't get on the planes to do what they ended up doing. i would have had marshalls on airplanes in disguise all along because as sad as it is for me to say this someone was going to want to get back at america one day not me though i love america,i was there 10 years ago and it was beautiful place to visit. you know it could've just as easily happened 10 years ago when i was flying there. people don't seem to learn from history and the world trade centre is a perfect example of that.

It would not be no racism, poverty, slavery, wars, drugs, killings, people that died for us, would be still be living. Like Martin Luther King Jr., Malcolm X, John F. Kennedy, Robert Kennedy and many other great people of all time. Everything thing in the world would be equal like it suppose to be.

If I had that power I would be so busy. There would be no slavery,
no jews killed and tortured,no bombing of pearl harbor,no wars at all,no presidents killed,no pain ,no poor hungry folks, No abused children or old folks, no 9-11and no sadness of any kind. In other words world peace! It may sound like a boring world but think I could handle it.Merry Xmas to you!

Anything changed in the past would alter the future. You would not recognize the world you made by even a very small change.
And that's all I got to say about that. Forrest Gump

If I COULD, I try to eliminate slavery from occuring. Don't know how successful the attempt would be. Barring that, a 2x4 across Hitler's forehead.

I would have done my best to prevent Slavery
Any action forcing humans in to torturous lives should be eliminated.
Slavery is such a stain in our American history and it still effects us today.
People ought to realize that it will be several hundred more years until we begin to mend the damage that slavery created.
