I am getting married at the beginning of March and want to look stunning! I have a 9 month old and have lost almost all of my weight from the pregnancy but want to have a flat stomach and thinner thighs for my wedding! Right now I weigh 135 and am 5'4. I want to get around 120 and have flat abs! Any advice is great and easy exercises to do at home are best since I am a stay at home mom but any exercises are well appreciated! Thanks and success stories are great too! I have a 31.5 inch waist right now and would love to be around 27 or 26.

The outside integral has limits from y=0 to y=1. The inside integral goes from x=0 to x=squareroot(1-y^2). Inside the integral we have 9dxdy, so the equation is integrated with respect to x first, then y. After the inner integration, I have 9 * integral (0 to 1) of squareroot(1-y^2) dy. I found a formula in the back of my textbook that works for integrals of the form sauareroot(a^2 - u^2) du, where a is a constant (a=1 in my case). And my answer is 9 * (y/2 * squareroot(1-y^2) + 1/2 * sin-inverse(y)) evaluated from 0 to 1. It comes out to 9pi/4, but I think it's supposed to equal zero in the problem, so what did I do wrong? Thanks much!

Wow, I'm 24 but very into the eighties, you know. I really would like to live in that time.

I bought a DVD with great clips from that period and almost cried in the corner... (as we say here, in Br)... Aha's "You are the one" and Astley's "Never gonna give you up" has led me to good memories, when my oldest brother, Ricardo, used to listen to.

What did the kiss mean?
My ex and I went out for the first time since he broke up w/ me 2 months ago.

We had a great time, laughing, joking etc.. We discussed how we have not hooked up w/ other people and how we both are not interested in that.

At the end of the night he gave me a really, really long hug. I started to cry, when I looked up at him he was teary. He just looked at me and we hugged again. I told him I missed him, he said he missed me too. I asked if he was upset, he said "a little". He kissed me on the head and then hugged me again.

He told me to call him any time....I told him the same. We said we would get together again soon.

What did the kiss mean? Is he still into me?

IM CONFUSED. ALTHOUGH I AM A VERY SMART GIRL, I WOULD LIKE SOME INSIGHT ONA QUESTION. i HAVE BEEN DATING THIS GUY FOR TWO YEARS NOW. WE ARE NOT AN ITEM, WE JUST ARE IN LOVE WITH EACH OTHER.
