What did the kiss mean?
My ex and I went out for the first time since he broke up w/ me 2 months ago.
We had a great time, laughing, joking etc.. We discussed how we have not hooked up w/ other people and how we both are not interested in that.
At the end of the night he gave me a really, really long hug. I started to cry, when I looked up at him he was teary. He just looked at me and we hugged again. I told him I missed him, he said he missed me too. I asked if he was upset, he said "a little". He kissed me on the head and then hugged me again.
He told me to call him any time....I told him the same. We said we would get together again soon.
What did the kiss mean? Is he still into me?

i like the answer below how the kisses were explained. exactly correct. works for me. I'm an ex and i got one the other day on the lips. however, fact is its whats in both of your hearts. if your making get back together plans then there is more behind that kiss. otherwise, he may have felt sad you cried and of coarse he still feels love. so was he consoling you?watch my best friends wedding!!!!!!!! i hope you two work this out. you two may be soulmates meant to be. be patient and give this time to blossom or disolve. spring is around the corner i think positive for you. thanks

Kiss on the hand - "I respect you"
Kiss on the cheek - "I like you"
Kiss on the lips - "I love you"
Kiss on the neck - "I want you"
sounds like he needs more to to think about the situation. he clearly misses you and appreciates you, but doesn't know what he wants yet.
