I have an flv flash player working perfect in an html file. But when i place that html file through an iframe, it doesn't display. Why does this happen and how can I stpp it?

I've got the whole site working in iframes, and everything else works except the FVL. It's got some comlicated security features in flash which i don't understand.

I'm not entirely sure here, but it may not be possible for imbedded content (such as a flash movie), to play inside an iframe.
I should mention though that with the advent of IE 7, iframes are no longer supported, so you might consider using another method for displaying that content. Is there any particular reason you've got it set in an iframe?
