Here's the deal..I've been off again on again with my boyfried for 3 years, due to the fact that he is in the Navy. It has been a hard adjustment, but we are working on things. Anyway, the longest we went being not together was about 3 months, during that time I had sex with one of my guy friends, I started to really like him, but he just wanted to be friends w/benefits...so it stayed that way...well now my ex and I are getting back together and trying to make it work again, and my friend w/benefits all of a sudden wants a relationship with me!!! I don't know what the hell to do......this is so complicated..

i have just started to feed my dog (a shih tzu) a BARF diet (which is raw food) and the change in her is fab!!! She used to itch all the time (no fleas) on commercial foods, she had been on the BARF diet for about a week and the change really is good, just wondered wht you all fed your dog!?

i hear this all the time christians wanting a theoracy and i want a honest answer too here and if that is what you christians want then you will end up with a war on your hands and more blood than what you have had in the past 2000 years. i hope that people realize that a theoracy is killing in the name of your god and that it also would mean the down fall of the government and many other things. killing is accepted but yet i know christians would kill a non christian in a heart beat and that is why mostly christians support the war in Iraq right now

actually i believe that if we set/reset the memory cells of a flash memory unit to all 0s or 1s, then it should not be possible to recover data from it since there should be no 'leftover' information anywhere- as all the information that is stored anywhere is in the state of flip flops which can be either 0 or 1

I previously had frostbite (not so severe that it damaged tissue or caused necrosis or anything like that). I know that once you've had it you are more prone to it again. Every time I have to sit in the cold for a while, it seems to reoccur. I've tried wearing multiple pairs of socks, thermal socks, several different types of gloves, and those little hand and feet warmer things. Nothing seems to work. I have to sit in the cold this weekend. Does anyone have any suggestions (short of staying home!) that I have not tried to prevent it from happening yet again? Thanks
