I've been ttc this month. I ovulated on the 28th of Nov. my cycle is due tomorrowthe 12th. about four days last week I noticed i had a discharge it was white not to gross you out. No smell or burning or anything like that. Then I started cramping and have like twinges in my uterus. Okay all of this stopped I started felling nausea, going to the bathroom alot. And then yetserday I started back cramping right before the same discharge and then it stopped. Now this morning I'm cramping as if I do when my cycle is on. I know it's due tomorrow but i can't recall ever going through this. also my breast just started being sore and for the last few days I've had really bad heart burn. Can someone please help me with this.

Actually, the college I attend has a gym free for students. I just moved here from out of state and I don't know anyone. So, if I want to work out its going to be by myself. I am a 22 year old female. I am 5'6" and a half. My weight goes from 155 to 160 throughout the week. I was in good shape in high school even though I only did what was required in gym. Now 5 years after high school, I have gained 20LBS. I would like to be 140-145. Any sugestions on what I should do at the gym to lose weight and get tone? Keep in mind the last 5 years, I have been pretty much doing no physical activities. :) Thanks

I just heard that they''re showing a live-action version of The Year Without a Santa tonight on TV. In my humble opinion, why mess with a good thing? But if they really had to remake it, this is who I'd cast. Who would you cast?

Santa - Andy Rooney (is he still alive?)
Mrs. Claus - Betty White (c'mon... she was born for this role)
Jingle - Sean Astin (or is he not really that short in real life?)
Jangle - Dwight from The Office (his facial expressions alone would make it totally worth it)
Heat Miser - Lewis Black (he's got so much barely concealed rage, he'd be perfect...but if he's not available maybe Naomi Campbell would do it--haha)
Snow Miser - David Letterman (he's practically got the laugh down already) or Will Farrell (nuff said)

i cant help it to cry because the family that i taking care for 4yrs now broken for being self centerd and selfish of my ex husband..he cheated me and chose the girl.i know that im not with him beside because his working abroad and migrate in states.it takes long to get us to fix our papers to live in states,but he cant wait and his such a liar that he told me he fixing our paper but i was shocked that his living with the girl and have kids now.i waited him and i did my best to be a faithful a good mother and a good wife but this is what i got.i loved him so much and his the only man that i loved.it hurt a lot and its like craching my heart when im thingking of all the lies thing he told me.we have two wonderful kids and when im looking at them cant help it to cry because all i wish is to have a happy family.eventhough were not rich atlist a happy one.but he broke my family that im taking care of.im crying right now because i still love him,but im hurting also of what he did to me

I was looking at getting a new Glock, ive stopped on either the G21C or the G17C. only real difference is 9mm or 45 auto. i always hear a ton about stopping power, but wouldnt 2 weel placed shots in the head be better than once stray in a limb? i would like some shooters input to clarify my decision hopefully!
