There is some programs when you run them,,, put themselves again in the start menu if they found that you uncheck them,,as iTunes,,, sorry, you have to accept that or remove them completely from your pc,, or uncheck them in msconfig menu,, after each time you run them

What is Vsign? Is it spyware or a actual program? The best thing to do to remove objects from the startup is through the registry. The keys you need are
•HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
•HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
