Only if you are planning on using it only for peeing as any type of sexual activity requiring an erection will be long gone.

Your question is quite the humorous restatement of one that appears frequently.

All-in-all given the fact that your question utilizes the adjective "massive" in reference to the end result I would have to give a qualified NO.

Surgery for penile enhancement does exist; but you usually have to commit to follow up therapy which may include stretching devices and the process may cause you to suffer from the law of diminishing returns:

1. Augmentation phalloplasty doesn't usually "add" anything; moreso it is primarily an "exteriorization" of what's already there.

2. Sometimes diet and exercise will provide the same results because a "small" one is most likely just concealed within the prepubertal fat pad and/or lower abdominal adiposity.

3. Girth enhancements are of two basic varieties: the liposuction fat injection (unpredictable and may be reabsorbed by the body) and the allograft pericavernosal method which has more permanent results.

4. Separation of the suspensor ligament will further exteriorize what is already there -- but again you have to make sure that adhesions do not occur the quality of the procedure varies by practitioner.

However, this separation does actually increase the exterior shaft length -- by an inch or so -- sometimes two, very rarely more.

5. Injections of silicone (which used to be commonplace) are folly when it comes to these types of procedures and anyone claiming this to be a suitable methodology should be avoided.

Again, bear in mind that there is little actual "addition" to the original equipment. You're much better off using the diet and exercise route if concealment is the only issue.

Think about the results and make sure your expectations are realistic before undergoing such procedures.

Considering that a penis is totally reliant on blood supply for an erection. I'll bet that the odds are slim that that "Massive Schlong" would get an erection or much of one.

Why do you want a huge unit? Do you think thats what is going to get you chicks. Well true you will attract women who only want you for a lay. And by all means if that's what your looking for then go for it. Sugery can be risky, and most of the time you are left with scar tissue. And I think most women will be grossed out with a deformed package. So my vote is no, but if you are willing to risk it, then go for it. but if its worth loosing your erection all together, I would re-consider. Work on your "oral" presentation before anything else.

NO, there is a surgry that can be done but it will not increas it that much and the additional lengh is unable to get 'hard' so I dont recomend it!

It is not the size of the tool, it is how you use it.
