I Drink 3-4 Red Bulls a day, instead of eating, not the sugar free red bulls, the normal ones. 110 cals each. It WORKS, you're no longer hungry, being tired isn't an issue, and I've lost 8 pounds in 5 days. I'll gradually incorporate light foods again once I've lost 20 lbs, which should come pretty quick! I'm wondering...is there anybody else out there who's tried the same?
And YES I know this is highly unhealthy, a form of an eating disorder, bla bla I don't need to be told. Ignorance is bliss. I am starting to feel GREAT about my body! And no...it's not stupidity, it's desperation.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has tried this? Or is there another energy drink that's better than Red Bull?
