Do you think it's OK to snoop and check up on your spouse/significant other? (i.e. checking email accounts, online chat programs, cell phones and phone bills, etc.)

Under what circumstances would you feel it's OK to do this? Would you be upset if they snooped on you?

OK, here is my situation:
I am Married and have a Daughter from a previous relationship, in that previous relationship, we were not married so I gave my Daughter my maiden name. Well now since I am married I have a new last name and would like for her to have the same last name as me beacause I am having another child with my new husband and would like us all to have the same so she doesnt feel left out.Well her biological father is a bigtime A**hole and never see's her, never calls but he does pay child support. He doesnt like my new husband and I know that he would not give permission to change her name just out of spite. SO, How would I go about changing her name without him, or is there anyway I can trick him?I live in Florida btw.....

There are very view universal truths, but one I believe in is "theres an exception to every rule".

Only a narrow minded person would believe our system is perfect. Its inevitable that flaws, in the constitution itself, should eventually become evident. I say this, being a constitutionalist!
I believe the 1st amendment provisions for religion is just such an area.

In fairness to the founding fathers, it appears they were later aware of the imprefection when Islamic ships raided American merchants and the doctrine of "infidel inferiority" became evident through diplomatic laisons. Our father were outrages and miffed and even considered the falliblity of the first amendment after learning about Islamic doctrines.

Its time we correct this...

Ok i've been thinkin about this for a few days now, tell me if you think its right. Ok you get arrested it you back talk a cop or cuss him out, you get suspended if you back talk or cuss out a teacher, but you can say anything to another student and get away with it . This kid at my school called me every name in the book so i punched him and even though i had like 6 witnesses to say he had called me all those names i got suspended and he got away with it. do you think there is a difference i mean we are all human and whether a cop a teacher or another student should you really be able to talk like that, its just not fair
