You are making the music industry a joke. Stop voting for X Factor contestants and look carefully at talented artists who are missing out on the publicity.

Instead of voting for Ray - treat you ears to some Richard Hawley at www.myspace.com/richardhawley and then spend your £1.50 this week on purchasing "Coles Corner" by Richard Hawley. Better still buy the album. You'll love it.

Instead of voting for Leona - listen to Candie Payne at www.myspace.com/candiepayne as soon as you do you'll realise what you've been missing out so nip to the shop and spend this weeks £1.50 one of her singles "Take Me", All I Need to Hear" or "I Wish"

Wouldn't it be nice if some real British talent was No 1 this Christmas. I'll be buying Little Man Tate's "Man I Hate Your Band". I strongly recommend you join me.

I've noticed that in problem pages in magazines, women whose partners are refusing to have sex are usually advised to leave them, or are told that they need professional help, whilst men who write in with the same problem with their partners are usually lectured on how it's 'her choice'. Why do you think this double-standard exists?

Most of us have heard the sound of ‘Azaan’ or the Call for prayer emanating from mosques at some time or the other. The call for prayer is given 5 times a day as it is required of a practicing Muslim to pray 5 times a day. The actual prayers start within a short time after the call for prayer is given. There is a dedicated person usually to give the Azaan at a mosque and is called the ‘Mu’azzin’. This method of calling people was formulated during the time of the Prophet Muhammad(pbuh) after other methods like blowing of horns, ringing of bells etc were rejected. The amazing part about the Azaan is that Azaan will be given every moment somewhere in the world.Given below is the text of the Azaan with English translation:

Allahu Akbar (recited 4 times)
Ash-hadu al La ilaha illallah (recited 2 times)
Ash-hadu anna Muhammadar rasoolullah (recited 2 times)
Hayya’ala-salaah (recited 2 times)
Hayya’alal-falaah (recited 2 times)
Allahu Akbar (recited 2 times)
La ilaha illallah (recited once)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
“God is great” (recited 4 times)
"I bear witness that there is none worthy of being worshipped except Allah(God)”(recited 2 times)
"I bear witness that Muhammad is the Apostle of Allah(God)." (recited 2 times)
"Come to prayer." (recited 2 times)
"Come to Success." (recited 2 times)
“God is great” (recited 2 times)
"There is no other object of worship except Allah(God)." (recited once)

The following phrase is added after "Hayya 'alal-falah" in the Azaan of the early morning prayers:
"As-salatu khairum minannaum" ( recited two times)
"Prayer is better than sleep" (recited two times)

I just ordered a Canon Rebel xti and I'm a newbie to SLR cameras. Where can I find instruction on camera settings, i.e. f-stop, what different types of lenses do, what an external flash benefits, etc, etc, etc. I'd really like to become a SLR hobbyist, but I cannot find any adult photography ed courses in my area. Any online info? Which products are nice upgrades to the xti without spending bookoo dollars (as I am new to this all anyway)? Any help would be appreciated!

Who thinks its right that people who have come over to England from different countries should start dictating how we celebrate christmas and how we run our country.
I don't think these laws should change for the minority of foreigners who have immegrated over here when us citezens have lived here all our lives why should we change?
What are your views?
