As this question is in Religion and Spirituality Im assuming you are not talking about goods??? Maybe you mean new as in a new idea? One that has not yet become widespread or acceptable? If that is what you mean then when it is an acceptable idea then its no longer new. If its goods then after it has been used once(not merely opened and examined) then it is not new.

It's no longer new as soon as sales go down, then they start another advertisement scheme with their product.
