For ages I have been feeling sad and lonely, because most of my friends have gone away travelling.
But last night, another friend came over to visit from Ireland. We went out clubbing, and instead of being the timid, nervous wreck I have been for a year or more, I WENT WILD.
I had the best night I've had in years. I danced like a loony, sang till my throat hurt, and actually felt young and alive again. I got in at 4.00 this morning and I'm still buzzing.
I even left with a guy's phone number. (though I don't expect much will come of it, but it was great fun for an evening)

This is not so much a question, as wanting to share my (actually quite rare!) happiness with you all. Why did I leave it so long before I had some fun?!

If my back hurts, I think my cancer has spread to my bones. If I feel extra tired, I think it has gone to my liver. If I have a headache, I think it has gone to my brain. How can I stop thinking like this? I'm not normally a pessimistic person, but I think about this all the time.

On a rural road a state trooper pulled this farmer over and said: "Sir, do you realize your wife fell out of the car several miles back?"

To which the farmer replied: "Thank God, I thought I had gone deaf!"

Is there any way to do this? Someone mentioned an external DVD writer - how does this work, do you just connect via USB? Any suggestions on a good one (not too expensive)?

I have this friend. We were best friends up until now. At first, we hated this one girl, and she would annoy us so much! We would always say mean things about her behind her back and everything (not that we are proud of doing that)! Well now, we are like, best friends with her because we have seen how nice she can be. One problem: My best friend forever likes this girl more than me! Now she never calls me, only this girl. When we have partners, she alawys picks THIS GIRL! I havnt done anything mean to her so I dont know what her deal is. I really just want to forget about both of them and move on. I mean, I have plenty of other friends! I have tried to do that, but it just doesnt work! I have known my best friend since I was a baby and we have been best friends ever since! I cant just give her up like that! Its too hard! I really need some good advice that I can really work with. I really need to deal with this fast! please help me!

Minnesota's defense is #1 in the NFL with 58.8 rushing yards allowed per game, #2 in TD's allowed this season with 5 TDs, and #1 in rushing yards per carry allowed with 2.8 yards per carry. Which players are making an impact in the run D... and how much of their success has to do with their defensive schemes (which schemes would that me)? They're not getting much recognition for their success.

Thanks!
