“The reason you go to a building to go to work every day is that steam or water power used to turn a giant winch-like structure that went right through the factory building. Every workman used that power to do his work. As factories got more sophisticated, it remained efficient to move the workers, not the stuff.”'

It's common knowledge, and i'm sure their is scientific proof that the majority of men, have sexual thoughts every 2 minutes. It's an amazing percentage of the day that the average man thinks about sex, whether its walking by a woman and smelling her perfume that instigates it, or seeing a billboard on the drive to work. These statistics are significantly different in women. It's come to be expected that men always want to have sex. It's almost unheard of for men to go 3 or 4 months, even weeks, withou having sex or masturbating. of course there are always exceptions, but this type of behavior is much more common in women. So when a man repeatedly turns down sex, there seems to be a problem. Males are hard-wired to procreate... nature tells them to do it as often as possible to gaurentee the species. Females are hardwired to do it once a month, some species only once a year (watch the nature channel). That's why we consider there is something wrong when men don't want to have sex. Unless we have a cold, then it's understandable!

Sorry, I don't read those magazines for that reason, and the reason really is - the next week the story will be the direct opposite. The only part I read is the cover when I'm in the grocery store line so I can see what's new. About 5 covers per trip to the grocery store, and I see who's pregnant, who's divorcing, who has no underwear on, who's marrying, and who's cheating. By then, that's enough "trash lit".
Everyone has a Right to a ROCKING RELATIONSHIP. If it's not rocking, you have a right to find out why, and then there's the door.
GOD bless.

The same reason why women who refuse to clean the house and cook dinner after getting home from work are condemned as lazy and selfish while men who do the same thing are seen as just needing some much deserved "down time" after a long day's work. It's all about perceived gender roles in our culture. It's really not fair, but it all kind of evens itself out in the end, don't you think?
