God gave us all these emotions..what are we suppose to do with them?

Ok this happened to me about 25 years ago. I was walking in the St.Patricks day Parade in Downtown Detroit with my family, Wearing my green shirt, green cordoroys, and green tennis shoes. (My mothers sick joke) Some lady came out of the crowd and came up and gave me a big hug and kiss. If you were my parent how would you have reacted?(needles to say we never went back to the st.patricks day parade)

I've lived in Ohio all of my life and I am in the aviation field. My wife has a degree in education. We are really interested in moving to Florida..more specifically the Orlando area. I would like to get on with Airtran Airlines, and we have heard that Florida is a great state for teachers....Ohio currently has no need for teachers at all! Actually, it's tough to find a job in Ohio, period! Can anyone tell me about living in Orlando? I have read many comments about horrible drivers, crime, high home costs, etc. etc., but it's my opinion that anyone will find these problems in just about any city. I live in Cleveland, and believe me I'm under the impression that WE have the worst drivers, and the home prices are ridiculous for what you get. All opinions are welcome, but I'd especially like to hear from the people that have moved to Florida from other parts of the country, just to get an outsider's perspective. Thanks!

okay, my fiancee and i live together, and have recently been fighting more often than we aren't. there were some things he did that really upset me, and i thought we had figured out a way to work things out. we had tentatively agreed that we needed to leave certain parts of our relationship out for a while, in order to make things work.. those parts would be the sex-related ones, seeing as the things he was doing were all sex-related. i thought that if we concentrated on the non-sexual part for a while, we might develop a better understanding of eachothers mindsets... however this morning he got upset and told me i was being selfish, and that the whole no sex for now thing was just my idea, and that i needed to REALLY think it over. maybe i'm just a selfish female, but is sex supposed to be the only important part of a relationship? or is actually knowing eachother kinda important too, seeing as one day we'd like to be married? PLEASE HELP!!!

I am looking for some alternative side dishes for christmas dinner, BUT...the more "out of stove" recipes the better since we will also be cooking a ham!! And, If i could prepare anything a day ahead, the better!!

We usually have a potato (mashed potatos), Veggie (green bean casserole), and some sweet potatos (mashed too)...as you can see, it is pretty plain and we have almost the same thing on thanksgiving.

Also...nothing too fancy, we have some picky eaters!!

Any ideas within those areas??

What is your opinion On the US Government. I think they are hiding things from the US public and hiding the cure for cancer. Poverty is at an all time High. I think I Our Governement needs tottally re-vamped. There Are many things I think they don't tell us and or hide and it's ridiclous !

There was a cartoon that was on when I was younger (in the early 90s) that was about a big spaceship that was round and had a clear glass bubble on it.

It had a song at the end that went something like 'We're all on a spaceship'. I thought it was called 'Bobkins' or something like that, but I haven't been able to find anything about it online.

It's just irritating having a memory of something, but not being able to confirm it.

Im in state of confusion, my wife just give birth this late august. Due to her cervix that refused to expand after twice being induce and 14hrs of waiting in the labour ward, she had to go thru the emergency c - section. recently, she suffered from internal pain on her left side of her tummy. We visited her gynae,the doctor that performed the operation and all she was given is the pain killer in which doesnt even stop her pain. Im a bit worried about this. I dont know whether i needed to go the hospital for a thorough check up or just maintain consulting the gynae.
