This girl and I have gone out a couple of times. She is a very friendly girl and has no problems striking up a conversation with anyone. Last semester she had told a mutual friend she had a crush on me. So now the problem is she is acting weird around me. She is not as easy going around me as she used to be. She avoids being alone with me and we don't talk nearly as often as we used to. It makes me feel like she isn't interested anymore but a friend of mine keeps trying to tell me that she is acting weird b/c she likes me...One more note---She once told me she had heard some things about me and recently has been hanging out with a girl who doesn't have much nice to say about me b/c of some stuff between her and my roommate...What is going on here?? Is she suddenly shy, no longer attracted to me, or being influenced by her new friend???

About two months ago I bought a Honda Ridgeline. This was my first non american auto I bought because of all the Hype of Japanese cars. This truck sucked. It did not drive as well as my F150 with 180000 miles on it. I tried to go on some minor offroading and got stuck. My wife got ouy F150 and pulled me out. I then did the same course with my F150 and it made it through with not problem. I am going to trade in this Japanese piece of SHIIIT and buy another Ford. I dont care what anyone says American trucks are here to stay.

I recently downloaded RealPlayer, and accidently choosed it to play all of my audio files. Now all of my audio files play through real player..which is a drag because the program is incredibily slow to load. I tried uninstalling realplayer, that worked, and the files opened through windows media player as I want them to, but when I installed realplayer again, it went back to playing specifically through them. I don't use realplayer but a lot of websites require it so I have it in my computer. Any idea on how I could change the settings back?

I recently purchased an Xbox 360 HD DVD addon and all the movies that I could look at in the stores seem to be in 2.3 and 2.4 to1 format. This is very annoying because I always hated watching wide screen movies on my HDTV with all that wasted screen at the top and bottom of the TV. What also bothers me is the movies I have bought all do not say they are widescreen versions and I hate it. I can't understand why anyone would want to watch a widescreen version of a movie on a HDTV and waste all that space.

How will my vet test for heartworms? How much is that procedure! I have three dogs that have never been tested for heartworms! Buddy a 1 1/2 yr old German shep mix, Maggie a 2 yr old Doxie mix, Bandit a 10 mth old Papillon! What happens if they do have them? Can they be cured? how expensive is that? Serious answers PLEASE!

I was working for a small family company, my contract stated that I was not entitled to company sick pay only statutory.

Ok so far!

Only I was in hospital for a week (5 days) and my boss paid me regardless (nothing was ever mentioned)

This occurred back in July, I have since left the company (on a good note) in November and I had a holiday entitlement of 5.5 days due to be paid to me.

Still wif me!

Now My boss has paid me but he has deducted the sick pay that he paid back in July - I know that he has paid other staff who have been off sick and not deducted it again!

Although I feel this is highly unfair - CAN he really do this ? I am certain that shoud I have stayed this would never have occurred.

I'm a light aircraft pilot, and I currently have "Pilot Communications" brand headsets. However, the mike on one hardly picks up my voice, and I have to raise the volume completely to hear with the other one.
Consequently, I'm shoping for another one. My instructor advised me to get "Telex". Price-wise: up to $300 Can you give me your advice if you're a pilot? Thank you!

Yep. heard the bad news on the tv the other day...How someone left poor domesticated bunnys on the side of the road,and without the swift aid of John P. Dogooder they would have perished,unable to fend for themselves...
The thing that really got me was they discussed how if the offender was caught he would have been .....fined / imprisioned /beaten with a rubber hose ...Whatever ...should this person be fined??? should the rabbits have to repay their former owner room and board.???? Just curious???

My son is 3 months and two weeks old. He is from Kerala, India. What types of food can we give to him apart from breast feeding? Can we give to him readymade baby foods available in the market with label "fit for 6 months and above old baby" at this stage? If he happened to taste other foods will he get aversion to breast milk?
