Keisha - Marmite is the British equivalent of Vegemite.
For breakfast I like marmalade - lime marmalade.
If I take a late evening snack then Marmite, or Vegemite or even Cenovis (the Swiss version) is fine by me.

marmalade, marmite is just horrible. I tried it once when I travelled to West Africa because there was some talk in the news about it being a good mosquito repellent. I just couldn’t bring myself to eat it.

At this time in the morning?
MARMALADE.
Marmite is a delicacy excusively reserved for when one's intellectual faculties are flagging later in the day and the organism needs a severe kick!
Have a good day!
