One morning about a week and a half ago I woke up with really bad pain in my neck. It was excruciating to turn my head to the left or lean my head back. I figured I'd slept on it funny. The pain dulled in a couple days, but now it's back, although it's not as bad as it was before. It's been sore now for about a week and a half and I'm a little worried. The muscles around my neck seem to be really tight, kind of in spasm, and it's been like this for a while. Nothing I do is helping. I'm not even really that stressed right now. Should I be worried?

Ok my son is 11 now and still believes in Santa. The problem is that he was arguing with other children his age on the school bus and they kept making fun of him because he believes in Santa. He asked me, mom is Santa real or not? I said yes. I don't know how to tell him that we've been lying to him his whole life. What do I do? His little sister is 4 and of course she believes, I know he wouldn't ruin it for her but I hate to have his feelings hurt and have him made fun of by his peers. He wants a 4 wheeler for Christmas and money is tight, how do I tell him that if he gets one, he probably won't get much else? He will wake up Christmas morning and feel like his sister got alot and he just got one thing.(not realizing that his cost $1200 and hers cost 400 or so). Please give me your opinion on what to tell him and how to do it gently. I remember when I found out that Santa didn't exist and was heartbroken, by my own grandma (I was also 11 and she thought I knew) Why do we lie ????????

Hi Y'all!! I woz a proper sceptic until i went to see a medium. I went to give moral support to my friend but the woman told me that my dad was there n wanted to talk to me. (My dad died before i was born.) She told me all about his car accident n that i had moved his picture from the shelf it had been on. Which was tru i had moved it the week before i went to her!! Anyhoo ever since i've been to c her my dad's pic keeps moving all over the house. It doesn't scare me or anyt but i'm fascinated and wud love to hear similiar stories if you have any x x x

problem is im worried that i might have other disorders than what ive been told, at my last psychiatric assesment i was told i had a personality disorder, but i worried i might have some kind of anxiety disorder or mood disorder or bi polar, and ive not been given the right diagnosis, so i wont get the right treatment....my symptoms ive had for over 11 years, i used to have anger outburst in the street, i would get a feeling of detachment outside before i did,& although i dont have outbursts now i still have the the angry feelings inside towards people & the feeling i might have an outburst. so therfor i stay in all time. i have anxiety & great panic all the time with constant worry & racing thoughts constantly, low self esteem, .ive asked for a second opinion but i keep getting told from my mum, what if this psych feels the same and that im gonna have to accept and go with the advice sometime? the last psyche said i didnt have mental illness so i didnt need meds.im 29 wat should i do?
