you are a working student. you did not able to attend the school activity which is general assembly. the associate dean was mad,he told you to make a letter.in that letter you have to tell the reason why you not able to attend the general assembly & the reason why you will not be suspended...

If you have a valid reason for not having attended, then tell the truth. Say that you are struggling to stay in school and pay your bills and you were faced with a difficult choice; whether to attend the assembly and miss work, or miss the assembly and keep your job. Stress the fact that the reason you have to work is because of your burning desire to be successful at school.
If this is the truth, maybe you will be let off with community service.
If you were just goofing off----you are sunk.
