One morning about a week and a half ago I woke up with really bad pain in my neck. It was excruciating to turn my head to the left or lean my head back. I figured I'd slept on it funny. The pain dulled in a couple days, but now it's back, although it's not as bad as it was before. It's been sore now for about a week and a half and I'm a little worried. The muscles around my neck seem to be really tight, kind of in spasm, and it's been like this for a while. Nothing I do is helping. I'm not even really that stressed right now. Should I be worried?

Well if you don't have any other symptoms. I wouldn't worry. A pinched nerve can take quite awhile to heal. And it doesn't take much to get it pinched. I suggest you try using only one flat pillow to sleep on at night. Use hot compresses to loosen the muscle around the nerve. Take ibuprofen (Advil) or an anti inflammatory pain reliever. If the problem persists more than two weeks with out getting better See your doctor and or a chiropractor.
If you are experiencing any nausea vomiting or headaches. See your doctor immediately as that is a sign of something more serious.

I had a similar problem, and I could not stand the pain so I went to a chiropractor. I had subluxation in my neck, this is where the neck looses its "c" curve. I had bones in my neck that were out of alignment. Once he began to work on the bones, I had less and less pain. I have also had migraines all my life.

Not any more. I have had few headaches and they have been light and were from moving the neck in the wrong way. Just last night it happened, I was crafting with my daughter and had my head bent down too long. I had a headache till I went to bed, after lying on a neck roll ( a rolled up towel ), My neck popped on its own and the headache was instantly gone.

I would suggest going to a chiropractor, they can take ex-rays to see what might be causing your pain, and give you options on eliminating that pain. I wouldn't worry too much, it is most likely a pinched nerve. Just get to the Dr. he can help. Hope this helps, good luck!

I would suggest a good massage from a professional. Massages help relax tense muscles and sooth out pinched nerves. Other than that, make sure you don't do sudden twists. Exercise your neck every morning, by making slow circles, and ending it but changing the direction of the circle. Make sure you sleep as straight as possible, face upwards in a straight posture, I know its not easy!

You might also want to wrap something around your neck while you sleep, such a scarf or something that will prevent your neck going off course. If pain persists, see doctor to rule out something chronic.

In binary options you will have the possibility to predict the movement of various assets such as stocks, currency pairs, commodities and indices. Learn how you can make money trading binary options https://tr.im/J2wgK
An option has only two outcomes (hence the name “binary” options). This is because the value of an asset can only go up or down during a given time frame. Your task will be to predict if the value of an asset with either go up or down during a certain amount of time.

Hope you find a solution and get it taken care of!

the best trading software http://tradingsolution.info
i have attended a lot of seminars, read counless books on forex trading and it all cost me thousands of dollars. the worst thing was i blew up my first account. after that i opened another account and the same thing happened again. i started to wonder why i couldn,t make any money in forex trading. at first i thought i knew everything about trading. finally i found that the main problem i have was i did not have the right mental in trading. as we know that psychology has great impact on our trading result. apart from psychology issue, there is another problem that we have to address. they are money management, market analysis, and entry/exit rules. to me money management is important in trading. i opened another account and start to trade profitably after i learnt from my past mistake. i don't trade emotionally anymore.
if you are serious about trading you need to address your weakness and try to fix it. no forex guru can make you Professional trader unless you want to learn from your mistake.
