I am looking to lose about 20-30 lbs. I have a few month to do so. I currently weigh about 245 and I am about 6 foot tall. How many calories do I need to maintain to lose weight at a healthy pace. I am also a bartender and I walk quite a bit. I usually eat the crap food there so I think it cancels out. I am starting at a gym soon too. ANy help anybody can give me will be great.

The always use the needle instead of the mask. I hate knowing what is going on when they are doing my teeth and the gas mask always put me under or close enough to it that I didn't care what was going on.

Please no one preach at me here. I;m a 35 year old male. I'm super good looking, muscular, semi-wealthy, full set of hair, nice penis size that stands alert, I'm passionate and a caring lover. Only problem is, I can't find one, for almost three years now. The lotion and right hand is getting boring. I've actually been thinking about paying for some sex. Yes, I would use protection. i told my friend that i was beginning to like her more than a friend about 1 1/2 weeks ago (we r both 17). she told me that she didn't feel the same. i was o.k. with this, since it was still very early and i felt that i could still save our friendship and get over liking her. but she says that she's new to relationships (never had bf) and she doesn't want to be friends anymore. we've known each other for 2 months and we had fun together and had lots in common. we never dated, but the only times that we were together was only the two of us. mostly, she's the one that asked if we could hang out b4 i could.

we haven't talked for over a week. it was so sudden... 3 days before i told her, she asked if she could come over and watch a movie at my house. even the day and night b4 it, we were still good friends. then... it just instantly stopped. i really want to save our friendship, what should i do? she is leaving tomorrow for holiday... should i call b4 she leaves?

Ok here's the scoops: I own a Jetta that until recently ran fine. In the past 2 mos. it's been in the shop and I've paid over $2500 in repairs. Now it's basically busted again and the engine needs replacing which will cost $4000. I've had it checked out at several repair shops which all tell the same story. Also I still have $11,000 balance on my auto loan. Is there a feasible way to get out of my loan. I'm a college student and just can't pull strings to get another $4000 for more repairs !!!! Other notes:Since I'm in school I probably couldn't get another auto loan unless I quit school, AGAIN, so I have employment history, paychecks, etc.. Also I don't want a co-signer OR trade my piece of junk Jetta for another car. Basically I'm looking for way out of my loan. After this experience with my Jetta, riding public transportation has been an oasis !!

They had an on again, off again relationship for 14 years. For 2 years, it was completely long distance from Washington to Wyoming. Then she went back to him. Her and I have been together for over 6 months and she was talking to him secretly when ever I wasn't around. Sometimes, she would hang up with me and call him. I suspected something, she said there was no one. Eventually, I saw the phone bills and she said they were only friends now. She had 30 min conversations with him at times and yet in several months, he did not know I even existed and we were living together. She still tells me that they are only friends, even though she swears she stops communicating and I keep learning that it is just one lie after another. I have known that they spoke and asked her if they did and she would say "no". Then when she realized I knew, she would make up some excuse. She says that that he is her very best friend (her only friend). Should I be concerned?
