Amazon is showing $179. Stay away from the student copy because the features are limited, that is presuming that cost won't be a big issue.

It would be better if you purchase: Microsoft Office 2003 which comes with it... get the student form cost like $99

Too freaking much!!
If you are a college student, your bookstore might have a special deal on it - I got the pro version from my book store legally for $10 and the rest of office for $20. They only came with the CD in a piece of plastic (I guess the boxes cost $600)
