You can try www.sparkpeople.com
They have a healthy way to lose weight.
You type in how much you want to lose and by what dates etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. The exercises can be done at home like dumbells, resistance bands & ball. They also have demos for strength exercises. You will like it. You can also choose from walking, jogging,or a home video. There's many different options. It's like having a nutritionist and it is free. You also have support from the members. A real neat site. I'm quite impressed.
Enjoy!
God Bless!

the food that you're taking in now, cut the portions little by little. stay away from crap food and drinks. the gym is a good idea even walking for 30 minutes is enough to gradually lose weight.

cut out 3500 calories for each pound you want to lose. aim to do it over the next 20 weeks. slowly is better, because then you can make your new healthier habits permanent, and you won't gain the weight back.
think of this as a lifetime change, not just a quick fix.

Also avoid the liquid calories at work -- drinks are loaded with useless calories. If you can work in two fruits and three veggies a day, it will help a lot: they fill you up, provide nourishment and they're lo-cal. You can bring them with you to work for when you are hungry.

Firstly do not combine meat with carbs it makes you gain weight. Go to the gym and lift heavy weights to gain bulk and light weights to gain lean muscle. Drink Low fat milk- duh! :) Try skipping, first thing ealy in the morning, when you have no food in your stomach so your body uses your fat as energy - but make sure you stretch well before hand esp your ankles.
