I am 24 years old, and have two young daughters. I have always been very fit and thin, and always felt good about myself,until I had my 2 girls. Before pregnancy, I usually weighed between 120-125 lbs., and now I am 141 lbs. I have a big pouch on my belly, which is my main concern, and have aquired excessive fat evenly distributed throughout my body. (my thighs, hips, buttocks, calves, back, arms, ect.) I know I have potential to get back to my normal size, but I just dont know where to start. Any advice on how to get started and to achieve awesome results? Also, any advice on getting rid of the extra skin on my belly, if there is a way? Thanks so much
