Toothpaste just dries out your skin, so definitely dont try it! I've found luck with clean and clear's advantage acne spot treatment. It comes in a little tube and is really easy to use. It's powerful, and if you apply it every couple of hours, your pimple should start drying up pretty soon. A few hours after the first application, the pimple should be ready to be popped, and by the next day, all that should be there is a little scab that can easily be covered with makeup. Be warned, this medication is not for your whole face! It's to be used on controlled areas. Now, if you can't get this product in time, DON'T PANIC! Just dont touch, pick or pop those troublesome zits! Cleanse them with whatever acne medication you have, then dab a bit of neosporin on them and cover with bandaids! This is a product that you definitely want to get, and if the pimples aren't gone by tomorrow, just smile! There WILL be other school pictures, and if you act confident, no one is going to notice that little pimple! Plus, everyone's school pictures turn out horrible, it's a fact of life!

You could try a home facial made with indian healing clay, and equal parts water/apple cider vinegar. Supposed to suck out the stuff clogging your pores, some say it lessens pimples quickly. Must leave it on until completely dry. It feels funny, because it tightens as it dries. This makes your face pulsate.

There are many cheap and effective home remedies for acne. Tomato slices, turmeric, papaya juices and home made face packs will treat existing pimples and prevent further problems. More remedies at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html

I don't think it can be done in 24hrs..... try covering them up with some make-up.
Also try and calm down, stress can cause even more pimples.... it's only class photos, life goes on.

next time you're at the doctors (for anything) ask if you can get a sample of "CLEOCIN". and then you can keep it in your medicine cabinet for sudden outbreaks.
