I got my nose pierced five days ago by a professional. Unfortunate even though I know I shouldn’t I have to take it out everyday for work. Though I have been keeping it extremely clean, I wash my hands and use hand sanitizer before touching it and I carry piercing solution, which I use every time I take it out. When I do remove the piercing the hole looks pink and healthy even if it is tender. But the out side of my nose is vary red and inflamed though I don’t think its infected yet I’m worried that it may be on its way to getting infected. Is there anything I can do to help or prevent this?

If the tree of knowledge of good and evil is taken to mean all sorts of knowledge then we can see the world over there are people pursuing knowledge. The tree of life is no longer relevant to them. But I feel if anyone who gets the tree of life, won't he has the opportunity to acquire knowledge since he has all the endless life to gather knowledge, all kinds of knowledge. It is interesting to notice that the bible gives such a story. I just wonder whether any other books have this equivalent picture of two trees showing how people would be living out their life after selection of the tree. Without exception, almost everyone is in pursuit of knowledge. Yet with the knowledge, injustice and prejudice are still rampant and right and wrong are twisted. Remember the bible says that the eating of the fruit of knowledge will result in death. So safely and alternatively, seek the tree of life, because in my opinion while you live you will gain knowledge and you won't die. You live for ever.

I mean, i am very sweet about it, because i KNOW how it feels to be on the receiving end.
One of my friends, was plain MEAN to a guy.He used to buy her stuff, she used to accept them and then throw them away or break them and he still loved her.
On the other hand, if i don't like a guy, i make sure that i don't lead them on and i try to be as nice about it as possible,STILL they hate me.Infact, one of the guys, i later found out, told everyone i was an arrogant b**ch with an attitude problem.
Why is this so?
IS my being nice somehow worse to their egos ??
Or am i unconciously hurting them in some way?

the reason I ask this is cause I have posted 2 q's thus far on the issue, and the only anserws i got either relate to education, or mainly socailization.So I would like to know of those anserws who can back it up with unbiased legitimate studies?because as a homeschooling mom i have read study after study.Especailly before I decided to homeschool to make sure it was a good choice, and even the us dept of ed has studies on this topic where they even found homeschooled children to be well adjusted socailly , as adapted as their peers and sat scores to be higher than most public schooled children.So if there is negative studies out there that can support claims that homeschooling is mentally damaging to kids and the anserws ive received are based on fact rather than perception, Id like to see it.
