Should a woman be held leagaly responsable if her drinking alcohol, smoking, or abusing drugs during pregnancy harms her child and Should she be liable for harm coming to her fetus from any of these substances or oly the substances that are illigal?

my nokia 6600 is infected by virus. and shows the logo "MATRIX HAS YOU commWarrior inside". & there is a file named "jqjs0a5g.sis" in the folder "Cgcl5ahjcm8" in my c drive of mobile. i tried to download anti virus softwares but they disappears after few seconds. i have formatted my phone also. can anybody has the solution. plz..

I am a teacher and I can "smell", from a distance, homework that is taken from the Internet or done by other people. If you do somebody's homework, trust me, you don't help at all, you just cause more problems.
